Brymo- Good Morning (Official Music Video)

There's something about his voice that makes this song extra special. I can't put my finger on it, but I love it!
 Amazing voice+ awesome lyrics

The video didn't do justice to the song however.

Meet Bob Atisso

I am a big fan of sculpting-- sand, ice, wood carving, kinetic art, paintings, and just art in general.
In high school I did a lot of  drawing and clay molding, most of which turned out pretty nice ;p
I stumbled upon an artist on Facebook. How I got on his page, I'm not sure.
But I want to tell you a little bit about Bob Atisso. He's someone that is very passionate about the pieces he creates. It tells a great story and there are great meanings behind them. His pieces are very creative, inspirational and sends a special message.

I did an interview with him over Facebook.
Here are the things he had to say:

Where were you born? I was born in Lome, capital town of TOGO.

Where do you live and work at? Actually, I am living and working in Accra (GHANA).

What do you do?
I am a sand sculptor.

What artist inspire you?
The creator of the nature.

When did you become an artist?
 I discovered myself sculpting in 2000.

What inspires and motivates you? The virtual and visual nature inspires me.

Did your upbringing influence your work? I didn't go to any sculpting school but I can remember in my education schools, I was among the best in drawings.

What is there to gain by sculpting? Sculpting, for me, is a deep observation of the nature conserved as monuments and symbols.

What are your goals for the future? My goals are to have an academy to start training people who really want to and host international sand sculpting festivals in each African countries.

What obstacles do you face in making and exhibiting your work? My major obstacle is lack of sponsorship. Most of the time I lose contracts because my ticket fees are too expensive for festival organizers knowing that none of this type of event is hosted in Africa.

What is your average day like? My average? I am just going my way taking any chance life offers me to share my visions and learn more to achieve my dreams.

I've seen that some of your works involves romance. What story is behind that? Romance in one of uncountable expressions of LOVE and my works, most of the time, show other different aspects of this deep feeling that, if each of human-being expresses sincerely, could bring the world together as one.

It's obvious that you put a lot of time in your work. Is it just for show or is it an actual job? For me, no one and nothing in the earth are useless; beside, time is not my preoccupation because I have no control on it but I believe that, if we have a good use of it, everyone could help the world move on better. I might sound crazy in my ambitions but I would like my works to touch souls and break mental barriers blocking most of us to step forward; that is my job, my reason to live.

What advice can you give to beginning artists? Nothing is impossible in life; with conscious thoughts and courage to face realities, everyone could achieve his dreams. Never give up. PEACE AND LOVE!!!

Thank you for your time. Thanks for the opportunity.

So today I just did luch with a few members of my family. I’ll continue the celebration next week with friends and my older sibs.

My outfit was just a loose top with with a pair of jeans and Christian Siriano Gator pumps. The jacket on the other hand was used should incase the restaurant got a bit cold (which it did).

I know how much I dislike peep toe pumps, but I just had to get this! Love the texture, print and color!

Swift month

Hi all.
I know I've not been on for a week-- I'm slacking, forgive me.

The new school year is fast approaching, with 4weeks left, I've been hurdling!
My internet hasn't been of any help, but it should be up and running in no time.

In the meantime, I'd like to share some hair info with ya.

The other day, I got my hair done (by me) and to be honest with you, I was sleep-installing.
Anyway, the hair I installed is Indian "Long deep". I only had to use one pack because it came in 4pcs. Two 16" and two 18" plus a closure. 'Fourbulous' awesomenessss. And it's a straight hair, but I use bendy rollers alongside my flat iron to add some waviness.

I got the hair from my local beauty supply store, not online. When I get a chance, I'll upload a pic of it so you know what it looks like.

Alright folks, be safe!

~~~~~
I loved the Awards this year. I think many people did.
*Stats show that BET AWARDS 2012 is the #1 Awards Show on Cable, drawing 7.4million viewers in total.*
The host, Samuel L. Jackson could have done better. But I liked his lil skit.
Why did they have to tie Best International Act?
People were complaining on twitter about Wale not thanking his home country, Nigeria when he received his award. My question is...why should he though? I mean he didn't even thank his own folks, so kini big deal (what's the big deal)??
Chris Brown didn't WOW me with his performance this year.
It would have been funny if Usher won Video of the Year, rather than Jay or Bey, with that little act they put on.
Kim K sat awkwardly beside hey boify Kanye the wholeeee time! It looked like a double date too with Bey and Hov and Ye and Kimmy. Cool beans. But why was Beyonce frontin? lawwwl
