I don't understand the phase Nicki Minaj is in, nor do I understand her multiple personas, however I do understand that her fan base is gradually declining!

With her new music video that was released yesterday, Stupid Hoe, it looks as if she's throwing a diss at Lil Kim...or am I wrong?
