Random facts about me: 1

Since I've been unable to connect with the outside (blogging) world for the past week or so, I'm running behind on posts.

Taking exams here and there. 2 weeks left, so bear with me.

In the meantime, I thought I'd do a series of random facts about me. It'd be spontaneous, that is, whenever I get the chance to blog. They'll consist of everything I'm all about with little stories behind them.

Random fact #1

I tend to bite off the top of my boiled eyes immediately after peeling. And yes, the yolk must be gray!

There's no particular reasoning behind this. Just that whenever I'm done peeling an egg, I bite the top off, drop it on my plate, and then proceed to peel the second one...and the 3rd and 4th... *call me strange*

As for my egg yolk being tan/yellow and gray, that is a MUST. 

The obvious secret behind it is to leave it boiling in water for 20-30 minutes. I am an avid egg boiler :D

As far as getting the right peel, make sure to put your freshly boiled eggs in ice water immediately after removing from pot. Or, peel the eggs in running water.
